Cancellation Policy

Nevis Sun Tours Inc. Cancellation

Nevis Sun Tours Inc. understands that situations may arise when it is necessary to cancel previously booked tours, day trips or events.  In consideration of our customers, tour guides, and service providers we have adopted the following cancellation policy:

​

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing by completing the fields in our cancellation form.  Please reference the event, tour, or day-trip along with the date and time of the original booking. 

  • The date and time when the cancellation form is received by us will be considered the cancellation date and time in applying the cancellation policy.

  • A refund is offered on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour or day trip.

  • Cancellations made in less than 24 hours of your tour or day trip will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations of private tours or day trips like the romantic day, or other tours specifically requested to be private, are refunded if made 36 hours or more prior to the tour or day trip.

  • Private tour cancellations made in less than 36 hours of the tour or day trip will not be refunded.

  • All cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Events, tours, and day trips that require tickets or registration fees may have cancellation fees which include the cost of the ticket or registration fee.

  • Refunds on cancellations due to weather conditions are possible.  In these situations, refunds are granted if inclement weather caused the event or tour provider to cancel.

  • Refunds are not issued for guests who do not meet at the agreed time and place for events, tours, and day trips.

  • Cancellations should be made by the person who booked.

Hotel's Cancellation

 

Cancellation on packages is based on the policy of the specific hotel reserved. We will share the specifics on the booking quotation and confirmation.  It is also available upon request.
