Service Description

This is one of our most unique tours. It is inspired by two things; the fact that Alexander Hamilton was born on Nevis, and the hit musical, Hamilton. This tour begins in Charlestown and visits the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton – the Alexander Hamilton Museum. Participants will find themselves in the middle of a comprehensive and intriguing human-interest story with unexpected plot twists and a brilliant conclusion. Guests can participate via their comments and questions, or choose to be active observers. The scene is all of Nevis as the tour circumnavigates the entire island by van. It includes some short walks and the use of historical fiction and a bit of theatrics. This tour has been described as fun, informative, emotional and interesting. Not only that, the members of the original Broadway cast who have participated, love it. WHAT TO EXPECT The day begins at the St. Paul's Anglican Church. It then follows the story of Hamilton throughout Charlestown giving you good insight into his early life, and what shaped him in his formative years. It then ultimately takes you to the outskirts of Charlestown and to other sites around Nevis. It is important to note that these sites are only places which would have been in existence in the mid-1700s when Alexander Hamilton lived on Nevis. All are places he likely would have visited or been acquainted with. Cancellation Policy

This tour has a minimum number of participants in order to operate. If your booking is less than the minimum, we will notify you if we do not have enough participants to proceed. Once we notify you, you may choose to proceed by paying the minimum fee, or to opt out within the cancellation period without paying. If your booking is within 48 hours of the tour, it is guaranteed only if we specifically contact you in addition to the receipt you received. In consideration of our customers, tour guides, and service providers we have adopted the following cancellation policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing by completing the fields in our cancellation form. Please reference the event, tour, or day-trip along with the date and time of the original booking. The date and time when the cancellation form is received by us will be considered the cancellation date and time in applying the cancellation policy. A refund is offered on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour or day trip. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours of your tour or day trip will not be refunded. Cancellations of private tours or day trips like the romantic day, or other tours specifically requested to be private, are refunded if made 36 hours or more prior to the tour or day trip. Private tour cancellations made in less than 36 hours of the tour or day trip will not be refunded. All cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Events, tours and day trips which require tickets or registration fees may have cancellation fees which include the cost of the ticket or registration fee. Refunds on cancellations due to weather conditions are possible. In these situations refunds are granted if inclement weather caused the event or tour provider to cancel. Refunds are not issued for guests who do not meet at the agreed time and place for events, tours and day-trips. Cancellations should be made by the person who booked.
