Chef Judy Joo is a television personality and cookbook author.
She is best known for being the host of Korean Food Made Simple,
and is a former UK Food Network Iron Chef. Chef Judy was
the first female Iron Chef in the UK and the second worldwide.
Her restaurant is called Seoul Bird, and has
locations in the UK and the USA.
She splits her time between New York, London and Asia.

Alexander Hamilton Island Tour
This is our most popular tour. It is inspired by two things;
the Broadway play, andthe fact that Alexander Hamilton was born on Nevis.
It utilizes history in an unusual way to tell a comprehensive human-interest story in which Alexander Hamilton is the protagonist (and at times the antagonist), all
of Nevis is the scene. Ultimately, it is an experience termed by many as
impactful and stimulating. In the past year, members of the original cast
of the play have participated.

Cooking With Ras Iroy (lunch included)
This is quite an immersive adventure.
It is a cooking experience which takes place on a Rastafarian farm.
The cuisine is vegan. Participants would harvest their ingredients
on the farm and then cook them as instructed by Chef Ras Iroy.
The cooking is done on an open fire and in earthenware
(clay pots made on Nevis from Nevis clay). Participants in
groups of two or three individuals would have their own pot and fire.
Participants would dine on thefood they cooked.

Look forward to lunching at lunch at Sunshines one of our
world-renowned bar and restaurant. Home of the Killer Bee,
a local rum punch which is served only at Sunshines.
Expect Authentic Caribbean cuisine, fresh local catch
(lobster and fish), mouthwatering ribs, moist barbecue chicken,
juicy steaks and burgers. Everything is freshly grilled over a wood/charcoal grill, which gives the food an added
dimension of flavor.

This is one of the oldest wooden houses in the Caribbean.
It’s a classic country home that has been turned into one of the
most unique hotels on Nevis. It is like stepping into a story book
that tells the tale of authentic island living.

Sail across the water to St. Kitts to a
Cooking Demo and Dinner at Belle Monte Farm.
The Farm Table is 30 feet long and perfect for
small group dining. Handmade loaves of bread, soft and warm,
along with sweet mango relish and spicy chutney, blend with
the delectable aroma of lamb lollipops roasting in
the authentic tableside brick oven.

Rum Tasting Experience and Village Food Tour
Visit the Clifton Estate rum facility on Nevis, tasting their
selection of rums, hearing stories and explanations from the
Master Blender and Rum Expert and bottling your own rum.
The tour continues with a stop in Barnes Ghaut, a village that still
maintains its authentic lookand feel. Guests will stroll through this
old-timey village with stops to sample local cuisine fit
for the taste of anyone. These food stops are not restaurants in
the true sense of the word; they are more akin to eating in the yard
of a friend you’ve dropped by to visit. The menus include satisfying tasty
portions of chicken, pork and/or vegan selections.
